Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat-rate standard shipping is $4.50.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45 (after discounts, before taxes).
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Novara Ritual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for orders shipped to that address.
